This Privacy Policy explains how Rexran ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you visit rexran.com or place an order for our creative services.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is necessary to deliver our service:
- Order & contact details: your name, email address, brand or store name, product links, any offer you'd like featured, and the notes you submit through our order or contact forms.
- Payment information: when you pay, card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as device type, used only to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- To produce and deliver the creative work you order.
- To contact you about your project, timeline, and delivery.
- To process your payment securely.
- To respond to questions you send us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Service providers we use
To run our business we rely on a few trusted third parties, each with their own privacy safeguards:
- Stripe — to process payments securely.
- Vercel — to host the website.
- Zoho Mail — for our business email.
- Soda Marketing AI — to produce the creative deliverables.
- Google Analytics — to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.
Data retention
We keep your order and contact information only as long as needed to deliver your project and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at hello@rexran.com and we'll respond promptly.
Analytics & cookies
Rexran does not use advertising cookies and never sells your data. We do use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used — for example how many people visit a page or start an order — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes standard technical data such as approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not log in full), device type, and the pages you view. This is used only to understand site usage as a whole, not to identify you personally.
You can opt out at any time by installing Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's cookie controls. Any other storage we use is strictly necessary for the site to function.
