These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rexran.com and the creative services provided by Rexran ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Rexran produces advertising creative — including UGC-style videos, static ad images, cinematic product films, and related assets — using AI-assisted production directed by hand. The specific deliverables, quantities, and formats depend on the package or custom order you select.

2. Orders and delivery

• After you place an order and provide the required product details, we begin production.
• Turnaround times stated on the site are estimates in business days and may vary with scope, revisions, and the information you provide.
• Final files are delivered digitally through a private download link (and/or by email) once complete.
• You are responsible for providing accurate product information, links, and any brand assets needed to complete the work.

3. Payment

• Prices are shown on the site in the currency listed and are payable in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Monthly packages, where offered, renew for the stated period until cancelled.

4. Revisions and satisfaction

Reasonable revisions to fit the agreed brief are part of the service. Requests that go beyond the original scope — new concepts, additional assets, or a changed product — may be quoted as a new order.

5. Refunds

Because our work is custom and produced specifically for you, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If something has gone wrong, contact us at hello@rexran.com and we will work in good faith to make it right.

6. Ownership and usage rights

• Once your order is paid in full, you own the rights to use the delivered creative for your own advertising and marketing.
• You confirm that any product images, brand assets, or materials you provide are yours to use, and that you have the right to share them with us.
• We may display finished work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that violates the advertising policies of the platforms where it will run. We may decline or stop any project that breaches this.

8. Limitation of liability

We deliver our work to a professional standard, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as sales, clicks, or ad performance, as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
